Fynd Refund Policy

At Fynd Pty Ltd  (“Fynd”), we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality digital documents. As an intermediary between relevant state/territory land/title services, Council and other providers we strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:  

  1. Documents Not Delivered: If the digital documents you ordered are not delivered (fulfilled) within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.  
  1. Technical Errors: In the rare case of a technical error on our part that results in the inability to access or use the digital documents provided, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:  

  1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the digital documents you have ordered, no refund will be granted.  
  1. Customer Mistake: If you make a mistake while ordering digital documents, such as selecting the wrong document or providing incorrect information, refunds will not be issued.

3. Immediate Purchase and Cancellation Policy:

Please note that, with the exception of a Standard Section 10.7, all document purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once you have completed the checkout process. This is because the documents are purchased immediately upon checkout. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before proceeding with the payment.

4. Refund Process To request a refund:

Please follow these steps:  

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the order date, providing your order number and the reason for the refund request.  
  1. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 5 business days.  
  1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


In exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fynd.
